Use of Personal Information
LLUCS collects personal data that is only required by conference organizers to accomplish the organizational tasks. Depending on conference, the type of data can vary but in most cases includes or may include person's name, surname, email address, address for correspondence, phone number, country, affiliation, position and designation.
Data availability
Personal data collected durring registration process is available to participant him of her self, confereence's administrators and LLUCS system administrator. Personal data given at registration process for particular conference is only available to administrators of this particular conference (data is not passed accross different conferences using LLUCS).
Data storage
LBTU, within the scope of personal data processing, ensures technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental, unauthorized or unlawful access, disclosure, correction or loss. This privacy policy is made on basis of LBTU privacy policy available here (in latvian).
